Lisa L. Moore

Hill Country

Lisa L. Moore is a Canadian–American literary critic and poet. Lisa is the author of the Lambda Literary Award-winning Sister Arts: The Erotics of Lesbian Landscapes, as well as the poetry chapbook, 24 Hours of Men. Most recently, her poems have appeared in About Place, Red Eft Review, and Nimrod International Journal. Lisa is Archibald A. Hill Professor of English and Chair of the Department of Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies at the University of Texas, Austin. She lives in Austin, Texas, with her wife Madge Darlington, a theater artist and professor, and their family.
