Jan Seale

Jan Seale is the 2012 Texas Poet Laureate. Her poems are published in twelve volumes. She is the recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts Poetry Fellowship and is a member of the Texas Literary Hall of Fame. She has taught poetry and memoir writing extensively in universities and conference centers for many years. Seale lives in McAllen, Texas, on the U.S.-Mexico international border.
